Each order from requests Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time: Generally it will take 10-15 days for arranging the dress to be ready for delivery. While if you need the dress in a hurry, please contact us and we will check to accelerate your order.

Shipping Methods

We now provide Expedite Delivery. Generally the package will be shipped out by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Postal Service.

Expedite delivery: This method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations. Shipping cost vary from different items.

Returns & Cancellation understands that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for the special occasion, and our cancellation policy was created with bearing this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused.

Before Your Order is Confirmed

If customers have completed the order payment, but still have not confirmed the order information to team, you can contact Customer Service for order cancellation and request full refund.

After Your Order is Confirmed

If you have confirmed your order information to team, but you need to cancel the order for certain reason, please contact Customer Service to check your order situation.

1. If the dress is in processing, customers are responsible for the already-spent expense, such as the cost of material and manpower.

2. If the dress is already made, customers can only have the shipping cost refunded.

3. If the dress is in shipping process and unable to be called back, it is not available for cancellation.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. All we want is to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event. If you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will make it right by doing our best.

Return & Exchange Process

We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the return & exchange process as simple as possible.

1. For any problem, please contact us within 24 hours, after you receive the package. Please kindly tell us the order number and give us an explanation and photographs stating the reason why you want to return or exchange.

2. Once your return or exchange application is approved, we will offer you the returning information and please ship the items back within 3 days by the information provided.

3. team will contact you immediately, when your returned package arrives. If it is for exchange, we will ship out the exchanged items by the time you request. Or we will arrange the refund to your account within 1-3 business days.

About Defective & Mis-Shipped Items

You are qualified to request for return or exchange, if your items are defective or mis-shipped.

About Size

Due to the nature of custom-made dresses we cannot accommodate any request for exchanges or returns. These styles are specifically manufactured for your event. We recommend that you confirm the style, size, color and other specifications before submitting your order.

About Color

The settings of computers' screens may alter the color of the pictures shown in color chart. Slight color aberration of your dress and the color shown on screen doesn’t mean the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you received the item in a completely wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if return or exchange is possible.

Please Note

1. Packages returned without prior approval of will be subjected to restocking fee of up to 70%.

2. For any return, all products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.

3. Items with any problem NOT caused by team are not eligible for a return/refund.

a. Package damaged in delivery is not available for return. When your package arrives, we strongly suggest you check and make sure the package is in good condition before you sign it. If your items were damaged during delivery, you should not sign the package or request for reimburse from shipping company.

b. Personal reason is not available for return. We understand sometimes you may lose your interest for the dress you’ve received and would like to return it for refund. Probably you’ll find its new lover or make it as a good gift for your family member.
